EXAMPLE SUBCONTRACT AGREEMENT (fictional sample)
This Subcontract is effective as of March 2, 2026 between Example Builders Inc. ("Contractor") and Sample Electric LLC ("Subcontractor").

3.1 Pay Applications. Subcontractor shall submit a pay application monthly by the 25th, with conditional lien waivers for the period.
