EXAMPLE SLIP LICENSE AGREEMENT (fictional sample)
This License is effective as of May 1, 2026 between Sample Harbor Marina ("Marina") and the boat owner ("Licensee") and has an initial term of 12 months.

1. Licensee shall pay the monthly slip fee of $640 on the 1st of each month.
